Information We Collect

We only collect information you voluntarily provide, specifically:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your organization and role/title
• Any message or area of concern you choose to describe when booking a call
• Whether you opt in to Leadership Insights communications

For security and abuse-prevention purposes, our server also automatically records the IP address and browser user-agent associated with a booking submission. This technical information is not displayed publicly and is used only to protect the booking form from spam and abuse.

How We Use Your Information

Information you submit is used to:

• Process and confirm your Governance Readiness Call booking
• Send you a booking confirmation email
• Notify Annastacia’s office that a new booking has been received
• Respond to the concerns or questions you share
• Send Leadership Insights updates — only if you have explicitly opted in
• Maintain the security and proper functioning of the Site
• Improve the Site and the services described on it

Email Communications

We send two distinct kinds of email:

• Transactional emails — your booking confirmation and, internally, a notification to Annastacia’s office. These are sent automatically whenever you submit a booking and are not optional, as they are necessary to fulfil your request.
• Leadership Insights communications — occasional updates on governance and culture. These are entirely optional and are only sent to people who have explicitly checked the Leadership Insights opt-in box. You can unsubscribe from these at any time by contacting us at the email address below.

Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures — including encrypted connections, server-side validation, and bot/abuse protection on our forms — to help protect the information you submit. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of third-party services to operate the Site:

• Gmail SMTP (Google) — used to deliver booking confirmation and notification emails.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — used to verify that booking form submissions come from a real person rather than automated bots, before any booking is processed.

These providers process the minimum information necessary to perform their respective functions and are not used for advertising or unrelated purposes on this Site.

Cookies

The Site uses only the essential cookies required for it to function correctly — a session cookie and a security (CSRF-protection) cookie. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data Retention

We retain booking and subscriber information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, respond to your inquiry, maintain accurate business records, and meet any applicable administrative or legal obligations. If you would like your information reviewed, updated, or removed, please contact us using the details below.

Your Choices

• You choose whether to opt in to Leadership Insights — it is never required to book a call.
• You can unsubscribe from Leadership Insights communications at any time.
• You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, or to request that it be corrected or removed.
